Maple-Sage Beef Jerky

Mmmmm..... nothing better than still warm, 2/3 dry beef jerky stolen out of the dehydrator...

okay dude, you had me at "mmmm..." this recipe looks so nectar. i've got some elk roast in the deep freeze that's now reassigned for jerky. high 5.

post #60 reminds me of my neighbor whose the process engineer out at frito-lay. prior to me cleaning up my diet, he would (and still does) periodically shoot me a photo of him eating a hot cheeto fresh off the oven belt, in a tantalizing manner. :(
 
Prepping a batch for the dehydrator right now. Going with us for the next 6 days!
