Guess the spot

HMM, actually that's not Talus Lake. Those are 2 lakes to the south of Talus, and they don't even drain into Talus, but they are pretty close, and drain down the North Fork of Snowshoe. I'm sure of it, because I've glissaded those slopes down, and camped on that knob to the left of the far lake. Beautiful spot. Talus Lake would be to the left hand side of this picture. You really won't even see much of Talus from this drainage without climbing up its outlet falls to reach the shores.

Where did you find this picture, Mr. Mauler?

Anyways, let the other guy take it, I've ran out of time to play, and have to get back to work.
 
The Mirror Plateau above the Lamar? Don't remember a hotspot up there though...
 
In Idaho, but wrong river, but very close. This thing made history, in a bad way. Hint - it's man made.
