I can't believe I didn't recognize that! Here's the one I have of that.Yep, that is it! Man, you guys got that quick! I thought I'd maybe gotten one too hard! Good job wes242!!! Yellowstone 1 and uintahiker were close
Here's the location for any interested!
That is correct, can I cook on that so I don't have to pack a stove next time?Cowboy Camp in the Needles District of Canyonlands?
It was late in the fall and the low water made it split into two falls. That's probably what threw you off. Nice picture, much better than mine! :twothumbs:I can't believe I didn't recognize that! Here's the one I have of that.
This oughtta be fairly easy...
I have no idea, but I love the contrast of colors! This oughtta be fairly easy...
Yup, that's it. I love that road. The first time I drove it was in a rental Geo Metro...fun times on a road of baked mud ruts. The last time we drove it was in '07 with our Jeep, and the Talking Heads song "Road to Nowhere" came on the XM radio...I always see this road whenever I hear that song now.Awesome shot! Looks like Cottonwood Canyon in the Grand Staircase.
that kind of looks like the san rafael swell in the background but other then that i have no idea.
Is that by Chaffin Ranch?
Sweet! I need to get back out that way.Correct.
And even more correct. You're up, Wes.
Nope this is a couple hundred miles north...looks like the virgin river to me
That is Diamond Fork.... There is that spot called Red Ledges for some fun stuff. I took that picture in the Fall in the river. From that angle it looks like Spanish fork canyon or maybe diamond fork
