Guess the spot: Utah Edition

Navajo Lake is manmade? I didn't know that. Does that mean that it's outlet tunnel going underground to some miles away is manmade too?
 
Navajo lake is a natural lake but very seasonal, the dam helps keep water year round on the left side (I've seen the right side empty before). The lake exits Cascade Falls, a natural lava tube nearby

Interesting. So the lake would always naturally drain yearly through the lave tube (that Falls is cool to visit BTW as you know) but the dam makes half of it a year round reservoir?

Does that mean the Falls is seasonal as well?
 
Bit of a WAG, but i'll say just north of Hanksville where the dirty devil flow through.
