Guess the spot: Maps Edition

But I thought Utah was the center of the universe. I know it is, for sure. Actually, the Colorado Plateau is a microplate that rotates independently of other tectonic plates, making it very special. :)

Wyoming, now that's something else...

this spot exists in a range some where in the vast reaches north and west of salt lake city. in the image above you can see the two highest peaks of the range. one of them is named almost identically to a peak in the wind river range near fremont peak. the other shares a name with a peak in the alps. the difference between them is less than 20'. if you're interested in even more useless knowledge, the wilderness area these peaks are located in is named for a different peak in the range that is about 250' shorter.
