I'll have to stick my input in here - I've traveled this road in early spring where it was nearly impassable in my Tacoma. We''re talking deep mud bogs 100-200 feet long - requiring 4-lo plus lockers. It's almost certainly easy when dry - when wet, it's completely different.

It's got a one sketchy downclimb, and then it's a sketchy as you want to make it - that cliff band starts out pretty wide, and then narrows down as you move farther out.

you'd think they'd be the shit for river hiking - but not so much. river hiking blows due to their lack of protection - so easy to crank your ankle or roll a rock on your toes. Sand is a problem, particularly if you get in the wet sand - it'll rub your feet raw, but I do alot of general hiking...
