Haven’t been out there, but I think you’re in the Burr Desert overlooking Dirty Devil. It sort of lines up in Google Earth.
Maybe this exposed adventure from Burr Point?

The view didn't match any of mine from the overlook area, but the strata and general look of the canyon made me think of either Arch, or another nearby canyon.
