There was a very good spring in the west fork of White Roost, and an okay one in the main fork of White Roost. I don't remember seeing any in the N. Fork of Robbers Roost, atleast where i was..

A pretty spot on the Nutbuster trail---Upper Slickrock Creek trail in Kilmer/Slickrock wilderness NC. It's one tough trail.

Some Benton MacKaye trail section hikers on the Nichols Cove trail after encountering snow on Hangover Mt. Cruise Control on left, Roll Around on right.
