Maybe I need to wear a kilt when I submit my application? Or does being a Scatty decrease my chances of being selected?

In regards to the article, what other "challenges" is Yellowstone facing?

Not only when you submit your application, but when you pick up the official permit.

The article mostly addressed the future of five million visitors to the park. The article said that a lot of the infrastructure was built to only handle a couple of million, ex. water treatment facilities, etc..
