I have some friends who bought a similar rig. They sold it because it was too hairy trying to sleep in it when the winds came up. But they are great if you're scared of snakes. :geek:

It has a funky cool factor but the opposite of minimalism. After recently giving half of my worldly goods to charity my mindset is; less is more.

And I’m with Rockscipper on getting up there in high wind or an electrical storm. Well grounded has its perks.

I have a friend with a similar style Turtleback off-road trailer. It's pretty sweet and can go lots of places (we took it to the Maze Overlook and Land of Standing Rocks), but it's still a trailer. Towing sucks, IMO.
