Here at backcountrypost, we try to keep the ads to a minimum on the site, especially for logged in members. But all the same, there are bills to pay to keep the place running so we do have to try to keep a bit of income going. In an effort to keep the advertising we allow as relevant as possible, would you mind telling us where you usually buy your gear? Check as many as you would like.

Thanks!

Amazon, REI, and Ebay are probably my top three. I also buy from Altrec, Sierra Trading Post, Backcountry.com, and just about any other outdoor store where the price is right.

Mostly at local Eastern Mountain Sports as well. They're based out of NH. They're pricey but have a lot of good deals/sales..

REI, EMS, Backcountry.com, Steep and Cheap, and Amazon. In that order. I do most of my shopping online unless I need to try it on or look at it in person first.

REI, Backcountry.com, Local stores. I have five or six REi's within 30 minutes of me here in the Boulder area so I Usually try to go in for my buys, I hate waiting on the mail.

I have to stay out of REI. *sigh* Probably good thing I moved so far away. I would rather shop at the store than online. Right now more online shopping.

I buy online from Moosejaw, I'm actually Everest status, which means everything I buy I get 50% back in reward points :)
