I am getting back into backpacking after a few years doing stuff I used to think was important. Looking forward to learning and sharing!
My preferred region for getting away from it all is the Northwest -- just back from a week near Strawberry Mtn in eastern Oregon -- but section hiking and doing volunteer trail repair on the Appalachian Trail gets most of my boot time.
