Trip Video: Wyoming's Teton Wilderness, Arizona Creek and the Huckleberry Lookout Tower. 10/14

Nice vid Joey. Noticeably more polished, it came out really good. Had to laugh at the explosion sound effect and tried not to laugh at scatman keeled over for some reason and being helped up (sorry scatman). You'll be so glad you made these vids 10, 20, 30... years from now.

Very cool, wish I'd shuttled you but was probably working Skinny Skis that day. Wonder if grizz you saw was one that ate guy on Arizona Creek years ago?

!@#$ the Gros Ventre. You guys need to get deeper into the Absaroka. I want to overnight, maybe two nights, from the Ranch to Lost Horse Park towards the head of East Six Mile Creek and dayhike/scramble [lot of 3, little of 4] Point 11,894', the highpoint of the Ramshorn. If you come I dare you to wear a poke chop round your neck.

I've got some clearer sky pics from lookout if you want 'em man. Last went in '12. In '10 last week of June didn't do last 1/4 mile to lookout, was postholing beyond my jewels at times. That hike I found saddle pad, halter, and some other bad hunter stuff peaking out of snow bank about half way up from Sheffield Creek.

Thanks for sharing. Great stuff guys.

The Gros Ventre is @scatman 's idea, because you talked him into it.

I'm looking at doing a trip this summer starting at Top Notch peak in Yellowstone, following the park boundary south down to Eagle Peak, then over to Glacier Basin and all the way down through Younts Peak and Marston Pass. Looks like I could walk over to the Ramshorn from Crescent Mountain via Shoshone Pass. I may try to hire you for a shuttle, depending on your schedule. I'm still working out the route and dates for this one.

Thanks! I had a little fun putting that one together. Always better when there are other people to put on camera.

That's OK @Vegan.Hiker , every body else laughed too, even me! :uhhuh: I was actually coming down a steep section of the trail when my boots slipped out from under me due to the slick mud from the melting snow on the trail. I fell on an old log and ended up with a grapefruit sized bruise on the side of my left thigh. When I started to go down, I had a sneaky suspicion that @Joey was recording it. :help:
