Table Mt to Hurricane Pass/ Teton Crest Trail

We are going up Table Mt then want to connect to Hurricane Pass and continue south on the Teton Crest Trail. All Trails show there is a trail that is 1.3 miles connecting the two points. Anyone have any info about this trail connection?

No trail between Table Mtn and Hurricane Pass but the walking is pretty easy on either side of the ridge between the 2. The west side is more sloped and rocky than the east side but the east side requires losing about 400 more feet of elevation than the west side.
