Does anyone have any experience with these in a mid cut hiking boot? The insoles in my Lowa Renegades GTX are past shot and need replacing bad. I have flat feet and I was settled on the Superfeet Copper until I read that the cleats in the bottom of them dig into the Gortex foot bed and can cause leaking. It appears that the carbon ones are the only other ones really meant for flat feet without the cleats but they're meant for "low volume" so I'm assuming running shoes, but I'm wondering if they would be ok in boots too?

the blue super feet are low to med arch. Have you tried the Sole brand? I actually like those better, but the arch is more pronounced at first - but breaks down over time.

I use green in my boots, red in my ski boots..... don't notice them breaking the boot down, I wear them out before that happens. Been using them for years, wouldn't use any other.
