Red Breaks via Spencer Creek Road

2 weeks ago I went drove down Spencer Creek Road, and found the BEST "campground"! When I got home and got on the inreach.garmin.com website (I have the $30 a year iPhone app), i noticed i was "fairly close" to red breaks. Like 2 miles as the crow flies.

Anyways, has anyone done RedBreaks from Spencer Creek Road? That road is actually not bad. Heading down there early Monday AM.

Yes to the fine camping out that way, no to having done Red Breaks from that end. We have been there from Harris Wash though- it's worth noting that the "Big West Fork" is more challenging to many hikers than Kelsey indicates (as is fairly often the case). We turned back at one chokestone problem due to worries about getting back down if needed.
