Needles District campground availability in November

I am planning to go to Arches and Canyonlands November 2019. I see that front country campgrounds are only reservable until October 31. Does anyone have an idea if the front country campgrounds in the Needles District of CNP are typically available the first week of November?

Also, we are going to backpack 3 or 4 nights in the Needles district after staying one night in the front country. Does anyone know the typical water situation in the backcountry in November. Obviously, there are no guarantees, but wanted to know you guys' experience.

I've never had a problem getting a campsite at the Squaw Flat Campground in the off-season. If not, there's plenty of places to camp just outside the park.
