I haven't walked it yet, but I've looked at it and I doubt there are any narrow ledges. It looks like an easy 3rd class walk. I haven't pinpointed the exact route though, just looked around from my boat. When are you planning your hike? I could go walk it the next time I'm in the area and let you know. I'd also love to know where else you've found access out of the Escalante.
