Hi there! I am new here. I live in Brooklyn, NY and I love backpacking, camping, hiking, and swimming. Some of my favorites thru-hikes I've done include hiking Isle Royale from west to east, and hiking the Grand Canyon from rim to rim. Starting to plan out my summer backpacking adventures and excited to have found this community!

Welcome to another Easterner! I'm originally from the DC suburbs in MD but now live in MI. I've also hiked Isle Royale, but from east to west. Hope you'll have great adventures this summer!

Welcome @beaver-one ! Upstate New Yorkers here, just outside the southern blue line of the Adirondacks. And we have not hiked Isle Royale at all, I am sorry to say.
