Correct ID of the crops that are growing, but not Iowa! That would've been one of my first three guesses also. It is one of those "I" states.

Fair point, both Indiana and Illinois are flatter than Iowa. Made the drive from Michigan to NW Iowa 1-2x per year as a kid, and those were a lot of boring miles. I'm gonna guess Indiana.
