You're right! From the UPS (or LPS, can't quite remember exactly where I was) mountain bike trail.

Ooof. we've hiked there twice. Once in the Cordillera Blanca and once to Machu Picchu. This looks more like Machu Picchu, but I don't remember this particular view. We saw Mt. Veronica there that's not this.

I'd say it's this peak on the North side of Warmawaniuska Pass:
