Guess the spot

Nope Hmm what is an easy hint...This canyon is most easily accessed by sliding down a massive sand dune (and it isnt the crack in the wall entrance it is a different canyon)

Nope- this is a BIG DUNE! Lots of big alcove/ caves in this short canyon/gulch/fork

Scorpion!

That was tough as the water looks like it is flowing to the right, so I was thinking about canyons on the other side. Actually... I've never been there or know about this big dune you reference in that part of the canyon... but I found somebody's photo on Panoramio of the Jct. and it has that same rock!

You are up! I will hopefully have a TR someday of my trip to scorpion with pics of the dune entrance! It was insanely big +- 500 feet.
 
This one will fall into the "you either know it or you don't" category. If there's no answer, later today I will post a landscape pic from the same area.
