I knew what you meant - we all know the real South Park is in Colorado.

Based on the foliage, I was going to guess somewhere in the mid-Atlantic but using your clue, I'll guess on the way to Mount Davis

Close enough! This is about 1 mile to the North of Mount Davis. There was some new LIDAR data that suggests that this area might be higher than Mt Davis.
