Guess the spot: Maps Edition

It's beside Halls Crossing at Lake Powell. It's a really pretty canyon, but it's a hiker canyon. It borders Mancos Mesa, which looks wonderfully remote on the map, and I really want to explore it some day. But it's so remote that it would probably take 2 days just to get into the mesa, not to mention the exploration time and the return hike time.

I've never stopped to check out Babylon -- need to do it some time that I'm not rushing to get to Zion.

Here's a new one. This "bend" in a watercourse always reminds me of a Dr. Seuss character (turn head to the right and imagine the Grinch.) Name the spot:
