As I'm sure with more than a few others, the demise of Backpacker forums has left me wandering the web a bit.
For a little background, I started backpacking with a couple of middle school buddies someplace around 1957 and have been at it every since. Unfortunately, I didn't own a camera until 1969 so have no record of any of those early trips but we learned a lot quickly. It's been a great trip.
