Fish and Owl Canyons, Cedar Mesa, UT

it remains exposed, but no more hand and foot climbing. see the pictures in the comment above. those conditions are pretty typical all the way to the bottom. starting down fish is totally doable, just depends on your comfort level with your group. personally it is what i would do. i asked my girl friend what she thought about this. she said if she had started with that crack going down, there's no way she would have done it. but i'm sure that every one of my brothers could've descended with out even removing packs.
