I was down with my extended family "camping" at Palisade state park. Had a great time swimming on the reservoir and doing some kayaking and paddle boarding. I took some time to ride the Pioneer downhill trail up Ephraim Canyon. The trail is a good 6 miles long and a blast to ride down. I'd highly suggest a shuttle on this one as you'll be riding up Ephraim canyon 7 miles to get to the trailhead.
