Echo Park in mid July 2022 was a bit warmer than up in th mountains. On th way in, my daughter Sarah, helped a local cross th road. Our camp was shaded and perfect for hammocks. Th petroglyphs were wonderful as were th cold yogurt breakfasts..a good ice chest is necessary down here in th summer. We hiked, soaked n played in thriver and lounged around for th 3 days we were there.

She’s been talking of doing an Echo Park 2.0 this summer along with our planned hikes on th CDT in Colorado, Wyoming and Montana.
