Central Utah high alpine suggestions

Well got my brother to commit to a weekend and need advice. We are considering Boulder mountain but it is 5 hours for me and 4.5 for him. I'm in Ogden and he Saint George. Any other suggestions for some small lake or creek fishing and some alpine camping that would be a bit closer for both of us?

Maybe Fish Lake or Navajo Lake vicinities?

Tushars are certainly high alpine. Little lacking in the lake department though
