Planning a Grand Gulch trip with Amanda (GF), March 6 through 9. We're thinking the Kane Gulch to Bullet Canyon route, is 4 days enough time?
Taking beta from Shane Burrows' Climb-Utah online guide, anything else not-to-miss while down there?
Is anyone going to be around there at that time?
Kinda hope this warm weather holds; I don't want to carry a tent. ;-)

Oh, and water; probably pretty easy to find this time of year?

Green Mask spring ..... Lots of mice around in GG ..... Binoculars, check for ruins and glyphs without hiking up to every wall. Purify your water.

Thanks Bob.
Hmmm, maybe I won't tell Amanda about the mice; I still don't want to bring a tent. Shane's maps (Climb-Utah.com) have a LOT of ruins/art marked on the maps, but still binoculars is a good idea! And of course we'll be filtering the water.

Bino's saves a lot of climbing/hiking when checking out alcoves and cliff faces, even down low you can spot art easily. Lot of good stuff on Shane's maps.....

Curious to know if you ended up doing the Kane Gulch to Bullet Canyon route & in how many days. We are looking at doing something in the GG Mar 27-30.

He posted a link to an album on FB from the trip. His privacy is set to friends only so I'll let him post it if he wants. Lots of good photos though. Looks like a good trip.
