Backpacking Hole In the Rock Trail

So did you ever pull this off? I’m thinking of packrafting the San Juan, portaging the waterfall, descending the muddy, emerging from the morass San Juan arm to the lake, and then hiking back. Hiking bAck would be cooler than just paddling back to Halls Cross g, which I’ve done a few times.

Nope, not yet...maybe take a crack at it this year. Maybe next. Lots of logistics to work out with my family, wife especially. With Powell being so low right now, that crossing may not take too long at all.
