Backcountry beverages

I'd try it. Only for backpacking, mind you, but mixed with some powdered drink flavors, it could be an ultralight way to get your buzz on in the backcountry.
It agree it would definitely need flavors Lisa.

Sorry just water here, plain and unflavored.........everything else is a waste of weight........a dash of electrolyte occasionally. I know boring isn't it

Squatters recently put Hop's Rising (9%) in can's too. I'll take that into the Uinta's a couple times for sure.

Have you seen it in liquor stores yet? At 9% and so smooth, that will be one hell of a good backpacking beer. I just got a queasy feeling thinking back to the days of packing Steel Reserve or Old English.

I wish every beer was canned.

I've bought it from the Beer Store at their brewery.

We have it pretty good up here in Idaho. You can fill you truck up with gas, pick up a bag of chili cheese fritos, get your favorite kind of beer from the beer cave, shop the liquor store and to top it all off try your hand at the lottery. All this from the gas station. CARZY!!!

Where exactly is that? At the one on 300 South in downtown SLC? Did they have anything else in cans? Plotting out my cooler space for this weekend....

At the Wasatch Brewer's Collective (Squatters/Wasatch) main Brewery. It's across the street from the Costco downtown. 1750 S. 300 West I believe.
