3 Day 2 Night in Utah

I have been looking for a good trail to take my wife and a couple of friends for a short backpacking trip (about 15-25 miles) somewhere in the Uintas or along the Wasatch front. I don't think either of our wives have done much backpacking so something easy to moderate would be perfect! Thanks ahead for any recommendations!
