Guess the Spot: International Edition

I may be turned around too, can't quite get my bearings on direction of this photo. But I instantly recognized the lake and general area, or at least was 90% sure.

SO. At the risk of being too predictable, here's yet another volcano shot (my wife took this one). Actually, there are 3 volcanoes in this photo (2 together on the left side), but the clouds on the left blur the cones. I'm looking for the name of the volcano on the RIGHT, directly over the pier/dock.

Bonus points for the 2 volcanoes on the left, or for the lake.

I took the photo of Emerald Lake from the parking lot, so I believe I'm looking slightly NE. That would put Wapta to the right. And you're right about the Burgess Shale being also to the right.

I'm traveling today, but I'll add a photo when I get home tomorrow evening. If someone's anxious to keep the thread going in the meantime, feel free to jump in.

Nope, not in Europe. The place I was standing when I took the photo is higher elevation than anyplace in the Alps ...

The hut is throwing me off. It looks like South America, which makes it hard for me to stick with my first guess of Machapuchare.

Well, when I take a photo, I always categorize it by whether it's an easy "name the spot" or a hard one. I can't find my hard disk of hard ones, so here's another easy one:

I don't really have a good international backcountry picture to post at the moment, so first person who reads this can post.
