Fatal Accident on Olympus

Was not personally acquainted with her, but it sounds like Celeste Yang was a pretty active member of the Wasatch outdoor community. Took a fatal fall in the Olympus area. Very sad.

Interesting and sad. Kamp's ridge is a 5th class route on Olympus - the left skyline from the valley.

I'm acquainted with and have hiked with some who have adventured with her a number of times. She was a very experienced mountaineer and peak bagger from the sounds of it. Being active in the outdoors among other things really makes the world a smaller place. Thoughts, prayers, and condolences for her family and friends.
