I found some inspiration in your post @Bob .

I dug thru my archives and found the compact flash card from my first digital camera -- a Canon Digital Rebel.

Zion was one of the first places I used it -- going back almost 20 years to 2005.

Here are a couple of mine from back then.





I had hiked Angel's Landing the day before. I didn't even need a permit.



I also visited Arches on this trip. Here is a 19 year younger @TractorDoc when he was in his prime. He is not in focus, but you get the idea.
