Wolverine in the Uintas

I am pretty sure that Wolverine is a transplant from Australia.....
 
But seriously. That is way cool that there appears to be Wolverines in the state again. They don't actually mess with humans though, do they?
 
They don't mess with humans, but if you surprised one I'm sure it would be ugly.
 
Now they will lock out the Uintas for critical habitat.....
 
I checked on the location with DWR, they would only say it was in the Blacks Fork drainage.
 
Those things are known to send bears the other way. Very stealthy though, stealthier than cougars. Even in areas with higher populations, you're unlikely to ever see one. Awesome animal. Very interesting to learn about. There may still be a "Nature" episode on video.pbs.org that profiles them.
