Thought I'd post another little TR from one of my recent work hikes. I'm finally down to 20 trails left to do after completing a total of 100 guides now! Woohoo! The 100th trail was Willow Heights up in Big Cottonwood Canyon. Talk about an awesome little hike. Relatively little use, an insanely cool aspen forest and then a nice little lake. It's 3/4 of a mile to the lake and about 3/4 of a mile to walk around it. 2.2 miles round trip with about 600 feet of climb. Aside from one large group leaving right as I got there, the only other people I saw was a trail crew cutting out some fallen trees. Oh, and I saw a nice bull moose near the lake. I was solo and I fear moose so I kept as good a distance as I could as the trail passed by. Pics:
