On our way to Farmington a couple weeks ago, Blake and I checked out the Waterflow petroglyphs. Despite being really easy to access, they didn't appear to be too heavily vandalized. In fact, the surrounding grounds were far more polluted with broken beer bottles (wear thick-soled shoes!) and fast-food wrappers.
However, upon viewing the photos here, it looks like there has been quite a lot of graffiti and bullet-damage.
An unusual stick-figure:

There were numerous designs like this at the site. Reminded us of quilt blocks.
