Water availability in the Road to Lime Canyon loop in Cedar Mesa?

Hello! We are planning to do a Road to Lime Canyon loop in Cedar Mesa, second week of October. Anyone been there recently and know how the water is this year? I’ve started following the local weather for Blanding to try to get a sense of things, but would love a report from folks who’ve been in the area. Also, am I right that this route would likely have fewer folks than Fish and Owl, and Bullett? Thanks!
