I trapped 2 feral kittens yesterday for an upcoming spay/neuter/vax appointment; 2 got away. I converted my office and extra scaffolding/scrap lumber into a foster kitty palace, which my cats kindly tested. They are skeptical, but at least they seem to be enjoying the perch and are no longer bolting when I walk into the room.





Adding that the kitty donut, which my cats ignore, is a big hit.

Third feral kitty is now inside recovering after a neuter/vaccine visit for all 3. After much socialization, he's getting adopted by a friend.

Feral kitty update:

Still looking for a home for the orange kitten, now a teenager. My friend's husband wouldn't let him inside at all, not ideal where she lives due to predation. She also thought there was a high likelihood he would try to return here to hang out with his siblings. The tuxedo is now fully embracing attention, toys, and indoor cat life.
