Spectacle Lakes - Rocky Mountain National Park

I got away for a brisk morning hike up to the Spectacle Lakes basin above Ypsilon Lake in RMNP. It was prime elk season in Estes Park, so on the drive through I snapped a few photos since they were so close to the car. The sunrise over the lake wasn't bad either.

Beautiful lake basin up high, and peak fall colors season up there all around.
