Our (Scatman, Wsp_Scott, Wsp_Scott's son, Bob and Chuckwalla) intentions were to do a 4 night southern half of the Salt River Range traverse of 32 miles....... but we only completed half of it do to time constraints and unexpectedly extreme slow going on another "Bob" route. The others can chime in with their own creative trip report narratives and pics.

Nice looking terrain, especially with green vegetation. Normally a lot of brown by late summer/early fall when I fished the Grey. How bad were the mosquitoes?

Very nice! Looks like a great earlier season outing.

Also I think you may have accidentally copied and pasted your paragraph and photos a few times. It repeats a few times in the report.

They were there.............
Down along the Grey's River was hot, dry and browning.

It was a great trip with awesome weather. Day 2 sucked as far as bugs go, the other days were awesome.

Thanks for planning this, even if it did not go according to plans. I'll definitely be back.
