Hello All. As fellow lovers of SE Utah, you may already be aware of the recent (July 2026) Executive Order to reduce Bears Ears NM and Escalante NM by 90%. I know this issue has been brewing for years and has generated a lot of controversy. I'm sure there will be lawsuits. I want to make my voice heard. Perhaps you do too.
Personally, I've made calls to a variety of congressional leaders on the house and senate committees on natural resources, the UT delegation, the white house, and anyone else I think has an interest in public lands management in the west.
