PSA: UT OHV education requirement for public land use

I just noticed a new sign on the Forest Service kiosk about OHV permitting. This is the first I've seen anything posted despite being in a heavy OHV area. The online course is quite good, covering safety, spark arrestors, low impact/LNT principles, and how not to be an a****** to other trail users.
