North Loop Yellowstone road trip

Went on a road trip today, May 30. Very productive........ Lots of elk, bison, some antelope, some mtn goats, sandhills, swans, prairie dogs, 16 bears...mostly blackies, 4 of which were right on the roadside..... that is the most bears I have ever seen at once in the Park!

I love the picture of the little cinnamon cub under the vehicle. I saw the same trio a week ago, and am amazed at their tolerance of people. There were people taking pictures about 15 feet away. The bears just continued eating their grass. The spring flowers are doing their thing, too. Thanks for sharing.
