Came in from working in the yard today
and the newest Backpacker Mag was
laying on the counter.

I was mostly just flipping through until I
came across a little write up on Priord.
What followed can only be described as
total chaos . . . :frantic:

Congrats Nick!

haha........they usually don't print 'tough' stuff...... I sent info in on the winds, they said it was to hardcore for their readers......

Nice Nick !!

That's hilarious. I've never even done the route between Priord and Allsop. I've been to both, and I mentioned to the author of that article that there was a tough off-trail route between the two, but I never indicated I'd done it. Hmmmmm... But at least they gave a nice shout out to BCP!

What issue is that in @DrNed? I'd like to read it but I don't subscribe.

I did my best to make them believe Priord was too hardcore or otherwise not worthwhile for their readers, apparently it didn't work. :(

haha ........... word is out now ......... you are a stud

Nice, they used my picture of Priord for the Article. But did a bad job with the colors. The original looks way better. And congrats Nick that they mention you in the article. You' re going to be famous, lol

I thought that photo looked familiar. Why no photo credit?

No they asked if they can use it in an article. they even pay a little bit. But they promised photo credits. That's the reason why I accepted

I just thumbed through the issue and found a credit. It's along the inside edge of the opposite page.
