New Hance Trail advice. Planning a trip to the Grand Canyon May 3-12. Part of the trip includes hiking down the New Hance Trial to Hance Rapids then over to Horseshoe Mesa. After reading various trip report its my understanding that following the New Hance Trail section it is easy to lose the trial and sometimes difficult to follow the cairns. Anyone have any advice on staying on the trail.
