In March I'd head to the lowest elevations I could find.
The Maidenwater/Trail loop would be a good overnighter so long as it's reasonable warm in the day (there is a bit of wading).
Tons of options in The Needles district of Canyonlands. Chesler Park, etc...
Capitol Reef has many good options. Spring Canyon, the Muley Twists, etc.
Anything toward the end of Hole-in-the-Rock Road would be excellent like Coyote Gulch, Willow, Fiftymile or Davis.
Even something as high as the Escalante River Gorge can be great but ice on the shady bends may still be present. Good for an overnighter though.
