Good interview. I can relate to your wife about movies. . Whenever a gunfight, car chase or fist fight comes on, in a movie, I mentally check out. Hollywood tries too hard to be original with those and over choreographs all of those scenes. They become unrealistic to the point of making the movie seem like a cartoon. The movie loses a lot of credibility for me during those scenes.
Also, I can relate to craving a salad first, upon a return from the world of backpacking food.
